Administrative Assistant FAA MMAC Admin– Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in support of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) Administrative Services in Oklahoma City, OK.
Responsibilities:
Prepare correspondence/training items
Creates and maintains class files
Reviews historical student data and training records.
Prepares/edits and coordinates final production of training materials
Assembles and packs course materials for offsite classes.
Ships course materials for non-resident courses
Sets up and tears down classroom for resident courses to include cleaning of tables or re-configuring when required.
Requirements:
Four (4) years of admin assistant relevant experience
High School Diploma/GED
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint and Exce
Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Superior verbal/written skills and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills essential
Present a neat appearance.
Able to pass background check.
Experience working on a Federal Government project preferred
