Warehouse Team Lead Supervisor

Warehouse Team Lead 

Warehouse Team Lead will oversee the day-to-day operations at VA Warehouse at 810 Vermont Avenue.  The Warehouse Team Lead will report directly to the Certified Project Manager.  This role is in support of  IT Asset Management in a warehouse environment that provides storage and transportation of inventory from its origin to its destination and during its operations, requires efficient and reliable logistics services for the transportation, delivery, and handling of IT hardware and related equipment. It involves maintaining the inventory, resources, and related information, and getting the goods to the right location at the right time and to the right customer.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations  

  • Oversite and leadership of staff 

  • Manage inventory levels 

  • Coordinate shipments 

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations 

  • Conduct QA of all vendor provided services 

  • Resolve all customer related and operational issues 

Requirements: 

  • BA Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Mgmt. or related field (preferred) 

  • 3 years minimum experience as a warehouse team lead (or 6 years total experience with no degree)
  • Salary $85.2 depending upon experience level
