Supply Technician Lead
Job Summary
The Lead Supply Technician is a highly qualified individual that will serve as the onsite supervisor and primary point of contact for daily operational execution on a contract for our government customer in a VA hospital setting. This role is critical in ensuring efficient supply operations, contractor accountability, and alignment with contract performance objectives.
The Lead Supply Technician will meet all supervisory requirements and is responsible for overseeing contractor personnel, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining continuity of performance while ensuring Government personnel are not burdened with day-to-day workforce management.
Functions and Responsibilities
Serve as the onsite supervisor and principal liaison for daily task execution.
Provide direct oversight of contractor personnel, including performance management and accountability.
Manage shift coverage and scheduling to ensure continuous operational support.
Assign and monitor daily work tasks and priorities in accordance with contract requirements.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of work performed.
Identify, track, and resolve operational issues, including escalation when necessary.
Implement and monitor corrective actions to address deficiencies and improve performance outcomes.
Maintain consistent communication with the ISCI Program Management Office (PMO) regarding staffing, performance, and operational status.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements related to staffing, supervision, scheduling, and performance continuity.
Facilitate a work environment that promotes efficiency, accountability, and mission success.
Education and Experience
Required
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or contractor operations.
Demonstrated system proficiency relevant to supply or logistics operations.
Proven ability to manage and supervise contracted personnel to meet contract deliverables, tasks, and performance agreements.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Preferred
Experience working within a government contracting environment.
Familiarity with Performance Work Statements (PWS) and contract compliance standards.
Background in supply chain management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
Work Environment
Onsite supervisory role requiring daily interaction with contractor staff and stakeholders.
May require flexibility to support multiple shifts or operational demands.

Salary
$45.69 - $47.97 per hour
